• After making an order, the customer will receive automatic confirmation and bill ine-mail.
  • All prices are displayed including VAT 22%. The price of all goods cannot be changed from the moment of making the order until both parties have met their liabilities.
  • Delivery policies, times, and costs shall meet the conditions laid out in the appendices „Shipping”.
  • The length of execution an order shall meet the conditions laid out in the appendix „Shipping”.
  • The customer have rights to return goods in 14 days without giving a reason. The returned goods shall be in original condition, unworn, and with all the tags attached.
  • According to the legislation of the Republic of Latvia, the customer shall NOT return panties, hosiery, and lingerie sets containing panties or hosiery within 14 days for the reasons of hygiene (MK law No 207, 15.3 p.).
  • In case of returning the goods within 14 days, the customer shall cover all the delivery costs.
  • In case the customer returns faulty goods, all the delivery costs shall be covered by our shop.
  • In case of returning faulty items, a bill of returns costs shall be included (goods shall be sent back as an insured parcel via Latvia Post)
  • If all the conditions are met, our shop shall credit the customer card for full return within 7 working days once the return request has been received.
  • The contract has been drawn according to the legislation of the Republic of Latvia:

 

  1. The Consumer Protection Regulations;
  2. MK Distance Selling Regulations No. 207 (28 May, 2002).
